Since every VillaRox sign is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products manufactured according to the approved design.
Before Production
Orders may be cancelled at any time before production begins.
If We Made a Mistake
If your order arrives damaged or differs from the approved design due to our manufacturing error, we will:
- Replace the product free of charge, or
- Offer an appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Warranty
All VillaRox products are covered by a 3-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper installation
- Physical damage after delivery
- Misuse or modifications made by the customer
